The AKC herding program consists of a testing and a trial section.
AKC herding events are limited to dogs registered with the AKC from breeds that are
in the AKC herding group.
HT = Herding TestedPT = Pre-Trial Tested HS = Herding Started This title is followed by a course designator of either A, B or C and a lower case initial indicating the class livestock.
HI = Herding Intermediate This title is followed by a course designator of either A, B or C and a lower case initial indicating the class livestock.
HX = Herding Excellent This title is followed by a course designator of either A, B or C and a lower case initial indicating the class livestock.
